This online portal is an official service of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Provincial Office of Nueva Ecija. The system is designed to facilitate registration, profiling, and issuance of the Certificate of Confirmation (COC) to genuine members of Indigenous Cultural Communities / Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) pursuant to Republic Act No. 8371 (The Indigenous Peoples' Rights Act of 1997).

You certify and solemnly declare that all personal details, tribal affiliation, ancestral background, family genealogy, and uploaded identification documents submitted through this portal are authentic, true, and correct to the best of your personal knowledge and belief.

Warning: Any misrepresentation, fraudulent claim, or submission of falsified civil registry documents shall constitute grounds for immediate denial or revocation of certification, and will subject the offender to criminal prosecution under Article 172 (Falsification of Public Documents) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines.

In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173):

• Collection: NCIP collects your personal identifying information (name, birth date, contact number, residence, ancestral lineage) and government-issued supporting documents strictly for identity validation and genealogical verification.
• Protection: Your sensitive personal information is stored securely and handled exclusively by authorized NCIP personnel in accordance with government information security protocols.
• Confidentiality: NCIP does not sell, lease, or distribute your private information to third parties without prior lawful consent or court mandate.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (email and password). You agree to immediately notify NCIP of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

Registration and submission of forms through this portal does not guarantee automatic issuance of the Certificate of Confirmation (COC). Applications undergo evaluation, which may include field validation, chieftain endorsement verification, and genealogical cross-examination by the NCIP review committee.
